Cox Tier 2 Support Fix

If you are experiencing issues with your email at home on your residential account take the following steps:

Send an email from your Outlook email or email aliases to the following email addresses with this in your subject line: remove my email from blacklist

thisisnotspam@cox.net

This is supposed to take your outgoing email address off the blacklist.
